FAQs
What age should I start training my puppy?
You can start basic training as early as 7-8 weeks old! Early socialisation and simple commands help set your puppy up for long-term success.
How long should training sessions be?
Short and sweet works best! 2-10 minute sessions are ideal, especially for puppies. Multiple short sessions throughout the day are more effective than one long session.
What if my dog doesn't respond to treats?
Every dog is motivated differently! Try praise, toys or playtime as alternative rewards to food or treats until you find out what works for them.
Can I train an older dog?
You can absolutely teach an old dog new tricks! While puppies may learn faster, dogs of all ages can learn new skills. Patience and consistency are key for success with older dogs.
